Refund & Return Policy:
Our customers' satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shmily Jewelry does not provide return labels unless products are damaged upon arrival. If you received a wrong or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide your full name, order number and tracking number.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. You must provide us with the tracking number of the return package. Once we receive your return and evaluate the items, an immediate refund (not including initial shipping cost) will be given. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to be available on your account.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.*
Shmily Jewelry reserves the right to deny any return or refund we deem does not fit our policy.
Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, broken, scratched or damaged pieces. Jewelry should be treated with care and we are not held responsible for mistreatment.
